• What kind of information do you collect?
  When you place an order, you are asked to provide your name, address,
  e-mail, birth date, credit card number and expiration date.  If you join the membership portion of our web site (Monique’s Purrfect Pussies) when it becomes available, you will also be asked to provide your name, address, e-mail, credit card number, expiration date, birth date, username and password.  If we ever have any special events such as contests and polls, and you participate, you may be asked to provide your name, e-mail, birth date, username and password.  When users request pages from our server, our Web server automatically collects some information about the users, including their IP addresses.
  
  We also collect information regarding your use of our site through the
  use of cookies. If we ever have a bulletin board on our site, and you choose to post messages, we will maintain on the bulletin board such information about you as you choose to disclose.  If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. We will maintain a record or notes of communications with you regarding your account.
  
• Who sees my information?
  We do not, and will not, distribute, rent or sell any personally identifiable information to third parties*, other than as necessary to process your credit card payment.  *Unless requested via a subpoena, court order, or local, state, federal or international law enforcement request.

  We use your information solely in order to process your credit card payment, to facilitate your viewing of our web site and to communicate with you. We also use this information to compile broad demographic and web site usage information about our users in general that does not contain anything that could be used to identify you personally.
  
  Purrfect Productions may use your e-mail address to send promotional e-mail to you about services and products offered by us, although this is not the norm. You can indicate at any time that you do not wish to receive e-mail information from us. We do not provide your e-mail to third parties.

  Purrfect Productions takes reasonable precautions to maintain the security of any information obtained from and about you.  We provide you with a secure web page through which to submit your billing information when you purchase merchandise or join the membership portion of our web site (Monique’s Purrfect Pussies). We maintain your personally identifiable information in a reasonably secure manner including storing such information behind firewalls.

  MESSAGES FOR THE MODELS
  
• Can I leave messages for any of the models or send them fan mail?
  This site is maintained for your entertainment and for the purpose of selling merchandise, but it is not a fan club for any of the models. You may however send emails or fan letters to Monique Gabrielle, she is the one who will most likely be reading the emails.
  
  AUTOGRAPHS
  
• Can I get an autograph?
  Monique autographs almost any item that you buy from her that has her likeness on it - with the exception of the videos. She will also personalize photos, books, magazines, etc. Some items from other models also come autographed - but most of the time you will not be able to get them personalized.
  
  LINGERIE/CLOTHING WORN IN SHOOTS
  
• Can I buy lingerie, clothing or shoes that were worn in a shoot?
  Sometimes we will sell bras, panties, pantyhose, stockings or even shoes that were worn in a shoot. You would need to call 1-954-532-8187.
  
  SHIPPING/PACKAGING
  
• How is my merchandise shipped?
  Merchandise is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Videos and larger packages are shipped Priority mail in a 'Priority Mail' box. Photographs are shipped first class in a cardboard mailer. Federal Express shipping is available on telephone orders or online orders.
  
• When is my merchandised shipped?
  We like for you to have your purchase as soon as possible. When you pay by credit card your order will be sent out the following day (or that same day). Orders paid by money order/cashier's checks will be sent out the following day (or that same day) after we receive your payment. Orders paid by personal check will be held until cleared.
  
• Is the packaging from Purrfect Productions "discreet"?
  Purrfect Productions ships videos and larger packages in a 'Priority Mail' box. Photographs are shipped first class in a plain cardboard mailer. The return address does have 'Purrfect Productions' on it. If you would like for the package to very discreet, please request a return address label without our name on it.
  
  MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT
  
• I used to be a fan club member at one time, but I never got a renewal notice, am I still a member with discount privileges?
  Although the fan club is not run any more, Purrfect Productions still has the files on Members. If you were a Dynasty fan club member or an individual member at the time that the Fan Club was dissolved, you can indeed get your membership discount.
  
  Also, when the membership portion of our web site (Monique’s Purrfect Pussies) becomes available, those who subscribe will also get a Member discount on merchandise.

• Are there any DVDs available? Or future plans for DVD format?
  We hope to offer DVD's on at least some of our titles in the future, maybe
  by the beginning of next year. Currently we are trying to find a company to
  make the DVD's at prices that we can afford. Most companies require a large quantity of the same title be made up, so the total expense is high.
